Mr Robinson Nsumba Lyazi Commisioner Private Secondary Schools makes speech on behalf of Hon Min C Muyingo
During the Official launch of the Academic Progress Scorecard, the Chief Guest Hon. C. Muyingo, Minister of State for Higher Education (represented by Commisioner for Private Secondary Schools Mr. Robinson Nsumba Lyazi) expressed great pleasure in officiating the launching of the ACADEMIC PROGRESS SCORECARD for sciences in secondary schools.

The Hon. Minister also extended his gratitude to Uganda Science Education Programme (USEP) and for inviting him to preside over such an initiative in that it is geared towards improving the science learning outcomes for secondary science education students in Uganda. The Minister also thanked Kisubi Brothers University College for having started this initiative.
